European Flyers Takes Delivery of the First Tecnam P2010 TDI as Part of Its 12-Aircraft Fleet Renewal Programme
The first aircraft marks the beginning of European Flyers’ progressive fleet renewal, bringing advanced technology, greater operational efficiency and more sustainable training to its future pilots.
MADRID, SPAIN / CAPUA, ITALY – September 1, 2026– Tecnam is proud to announce that European Flyers has taken delivery of its very first Tecnam P2010 TDI. This landmark delivery kicks off an ambitious and progressive twelve (12) aircraft fleet renewal program for Spain’s leading pilot training organization.
The integration of the Tecnam P2010 TDI will fundamentally strengthen European Flyers’ training capabilities by giving students direct access to modern technology that closely reflects the cockpit environment they will encounter in their professional airline careers. The aircraft features a spacious four-seat configuration, an integrated autopilot, and the state-of-the-art Garmin G1000 NXi glass cockpit.
Furthermore, the P2010 TDI will vastly improve the academy’s operational efficiency. Powered by the advanced Continental CD-170 engine utilizing JET A1 fuel, the aircraft directly supports European Flyers’ sustainability objectives through significantly lower fuel consumption and reduced carbon emissions.
To guarantee the seamless integration of this new fleet, the partnership with Tecnam also includes specialized technical training for European Flyers’ maintenance teams, ensuring the long-term reliability, safety, and efficient operation of the 12 incoming aircraft.
